What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Automatically collected: When you visit and browse our website some data is automatically collected in logs to provide visitor statistics and some cookies may be set to remember useful information as you browse through our website.

Contact forms: When you complete a contact form on our websites the personal information you provide is collected for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry/order.

When you speak to us by telephone or email, you may give us personal information about yourself.

Contact forms

We use a contact form to help you get in touch with us. The form collects your Name, Company, Address (optional), Telephone Number and Email Address as provided by yourself plus your IP address plus date and time you completed the form.

The form also allows you to request to join our Newsletter Mailing List (although we are not currently producing a Newsletter.

Who we share your data with

We do not share data with any other parties.

How long we retain your data

Electronic data:  is held for up to 2 years.

Printed Data:  The data for quotations is held for two years,  then Shredded.   All order data HAS TO BE KEPT FOR 6 years by Law for Tax purposes and accounting reference.   But it is held in THAT CUSTOMERS FILE in our filing cabinets,   after which we will then have a clear out and Shred them.

However for regular customers data may be held as long as necessary to service that customers requirements.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
